Additive Manufacturing

Additive manufacturing (AM), also known as 3D printing, is a transformative approach to industrial production that enables the creation of lighter, stronger parts and systems.

Additive manufacturing uses data computer-aided-design (CAD) software or 3D object scanners to direct hardware to deposit material, layer upon layer, in precise geometric shapes. As its name implies, additive manufacturing adds material to create an object. By contrast, when you create an object by traditional means, it is often necessary to remove material through milling, machining, carving, shaping or other means.

Computer Aided Drafting and Design

We help our clients who have an idea they would like to create but may not have the software needed to get a concept into a CAD model. We can take your drawing or even just a description and turn it into a functional working model.

Small Part Machining

We can take your part and Machine out your final designs on our CNC. This has the added benefit of having the prototype part be manufactured of the same material as the final part is intended for, Aluminum, copper, magnesium and most plastics are available.

Design for Manufacturing

Sometime you already have a concept ready or you may even have a prototype built up. We can take your design and review it with you to ensure that it can be brought to mass production. Often times it is easy to get one part made but it can be a struggle to reproduce. We can help take out the barriers to a successful production part.

Small Scale Production

Once you have your finished design we can provide short run production samples to help you get inventory to sell or parts out to your customers. With no minimum on order quantities we can get you the parts you need with the least amount of upfront cost available. Once you are ready we can help you partner with a production firm to make your parts in any volume you need.
